The powerbook’s doing just great.Went out alot the past week, monday thru to saturday, except for friday. Got to hang out in town with Gary and Jan where we sudied for a lil in Starbucks, but decied to leave since it was rather cold. Settled down again at Coffee Bean in Takashimaya, played with Jan’s and my powerbook and took several shots (like the above).
Hm, I’m beginning to feel/think that coffee (only with milk, please) is the glue to the bond amongst us four guys, Gary, Darell, Jan and I. I mean, well, at almost every gatehring, we seem to begin or end them with coffe; Be it Coffee Bean’s Mocha Latte (with less sugar), Starbuck’s Rhumba or one of Serangoon Garden’s Coffee Shop’s kick-arse Teh Tarik.
The latter is the coffee shop opposite of Coffee Bean. They serve the Teh Tarik in huge tiger beer mugs, with lots of the foam and the milk at the bottom of the cup beautifully swirling…
Coffee is good =), as long as it comes with milk.
I found the following through some blog….

Okay I’m going to start something right here and right now.
Our lives are guided through events by people and our surrounding. Sometimes, certain songs or tunes get etched into our minds to bring us to back into our memories, to our first kiss, our first gathering maybe our first in-bed-action?
So here it goes, post in my comments, and do the same in your own blog if your interested, a short list of songs that reminds your of whichever friends you hold dear or any of the delicate memories that are held dear to you. Sharing music is like sharing a part of your life with another. Music defines and moulds our soul! I truly do believe in that =).
Anyway, so I guess I’ll get it started with my own list. Here goes…
1) The Stroke’s ‘12:51′ and ‘Last Night’ reminds me alot of my later days in secondary school. More precisely, the part where I’m doing intensive revision with my friends, Gary, Darell and Sean. We’d study in my house nodding to the sounds of The Strokes playing on my DVD player set.
2) Corrinne May’s ‘Every Beat of My Heart’ takes me back to this one special moment in my life. Though I came across this song after this special moment, I can’t help but to reminisce the first hug I had. The first hug from someone I felt something for (past tense).
“But as long as we keep this moment shining in the dark, I know you’re watching over every beat of my heart…”3) Jars Of Clay’s ‘Frail’ reminds me about the first, out of the few times, where I threw myself in God’s arms and believed. Granted that things are different now, faith seems hard. But, I do hope that that first time would have another comeback.
4) U2’s ‘Beautiful Day’ reminds me of my dearest friends and the many moments we’ve shared. From the sadness within some to the hapiness and fun that we often enjoy (and try to).

You scored as Postmodernist. Postmodernism is the belief in complete open interpretation. You see the universe as a collection of information with varying ways of putting it together. There is no absolute truth for you; even the most hardened facts are open to interpretation. Meaning relies on context and even the language you use to describe things should be subject to analysis.
